SPR# DGAY5YRC3Y - The default behavior of Name Picker search is changed as accent (diacritical mark) insensitive.
In 7.0, the default behavior is accent (diacritical mark) insensitive. When "iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=0" is set, the behavior becomes accent sensitive.
In 6.x (6.5.5 and later), the default behavior is accent sensitive. When "iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=1" is set, the behavior becomes accent insensitive.
